Welcome to our Pantry Staples. These items include products that can be consumed daily and also fit in a healthy diet.

To purchase, please be sure you have an account created on our website and login, then click on an item below and add it to your cart. Upon completion of your purchase and checkout you will then receive a confirmation email and a separate email will be sent to you shortly after with your same day (or next day if ordered after 4:00pm) pickup instructions.

Daily pickups are open from 5pm to 6:30pm each afternoon in Penticton. Please be sure you can accommodate this BEFORE placing your order.
