The Cave Grain Free Kitchen is a family run home style bakery. Our journey with eating grain free started over 10 years ago. We knew it was best for our health, but we were feeling deprived of our celebratory and traditional food. Eating is so much more than just feeding your body. Special food and treats are a very important part of family culture.

We began working with grain free whole food ingredients to replace our celebratory food and over time, developed recipes and methods to keep our food traditions alive. Out of this, "The Cave" was born.

We are located in Penticton, British Columbia, Canada and currently ask that all communication is done with email only as we get things rolling.
