Ten years ago our family gave up sugar, grains and processed “food”. At first, it was hard to enjoy our food traditions and celebrations as we had to learn to cook and bake in a whole new way. Now, we don’t miss the sugar, unhealthy oils or grains (we use as little sweetener as possible) and with our treats, we don’t think you will either.
